This home inspires comfort with dark internal features creating an ambience often associated with modern cafés. The design brief behind this home was to inspire modern lifestyle living by creating a fusion between resort style living and the Melbourne climate. This home won the best display $150,000 - $250,000 HIA Housing Awards 2007.
