Design Unity provides a concept to completion approach to all Elite products and limits the number of Elite home projects per annum to ensure we plan enough time to focus on these high end projects.
SELECT
Design Unity offers our design and associated architectural services to you with the flexibility for you to add and remove services to suit your design budget without compromising the desired outcome. Design Unity offers a vast range of architectural services and insists when utilising our service you take up the schematic design & architectural working drawings. Whilst it's up to you to add the additional services we recommend that you allow Design Unity to prepare your specification and colour selection as this further guarantees that the design intent is upheld through the entire project.
EXPRESS
The express design service allows you to select from a range of intelligently planned home designs. As the name suggests once you make your selection you will receive the standard plans within 14 days of your order. Our Express Homes allow you to have a Design Unity designed home for a fraction of the cost associated in a design inspired home.
